UFLOW angle seat valves are 2/2-way pneumatically actuated piston valves designed for reliable flow control in demanding industrial applications. The piston actuator provides linear motion, lifting the seal away from the valve seat. Since the seat is positioned at an angle, the valve offers minimal flow restriction in the fully open position, resulting in excellent flow capacity and low-pressure loss. These valves are suitable for controlling a wide range of media, including liquids, gases, steam, vacuum and aggressive fluids. They can also handle high temperatures and high-viscosity media, even under zero differential pressure conditions. The robust construction of UFLOW angle seat valves makes them particularly suitable for harsh and demanding applications, while providing a long service life and high operational reliability. UFLOW angle seat valves are an excellent alternative to ball valves with pneumatic actuators and can also replace conventional solenoid valves, particularly in applications involving contaminated or viscous media where standard solenoid valves may be prone to failure. The valves are available with single-acting or double-acting pneumatic actuators. The selected actuator configuration affects the valve's allowable pressure rating and operating characteristics.
