ISOIL MID Measuring System MSG9000

MID-certified measuring system for tank-truck unloading into underground tanks by gravity.

The MSG9000 consists of an S9000 Positive Displacement (PD) Meter equipped with an EM6422 encoder, connected via CAN-bus to a VEGA T electronic counter. The system also incorporates a strainer and air separator, pneumatic circuit, and pneumatic preset valve. The MSG9000 system is CE and MID certified, providing reliable and compliant measurement for fuel transfer applications. The MSG9000 is specifically designed to measure only when the PD meter is completely filled with liquid. This ensures that air or gas entering the system does not result in inaccurate measurement. If air enters the system, the floating sphere inside the strainer/air separator is no longer supported by the liquid and moves downward. This activates a switch connected to the pneumatic circuit, which automatically closes the pneumatic valve and interrupts the measurement. Counting remains suspended until the air or gas present in the system has been completely eliminated and the meter is once again filled with liquid. This provides an additional safeguard against air measurement and ensures reliable quantity measurement during unloading. The integrated strainer retains particles and contaminants present in the transferred product, preventing them from entering the PD meter. This helps protect the measuring components while contributing to reliable and long-term system performance. The ISOIL MSG9000 therefore provides a safe and accurate solution for gravity-fed tank truck unloading, combining precise metering, automatic air elimination, product filtration, and controlled flow management in a single integrated system.
